New Year Resolutions and how you make them happen

Many people this time of year start their year off with "New Year Resolution", but many can't make it past the 2nd month. In fact, not succeeding in completing your New Year Resolution can increase your chances of not having a great year. We've had our ups and downs in 2019 but now we have a fresh plate. We talk about some of our goals for this year but also what lifestyle changes we will make to make sure they happen.
